Its location in the heart of the city was good. The staff was amicable on arrival and throughout the stay. The room we had included a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge.

The guest rooms at Hotel Casa Don Luis By Faranda Boutique were a perfect place to unwind after a long day. They had a cozy feel that made us feel right at home.

Personally, we weren't big fans of the tile/marble floor in the double room. It just didn't quite match our taste, but others might still enjoy it.

location: the hotel was close to the old town, cartagena and beaches. i often went to burger bistro to pick up some food. the room was spacious with satellite television, climate control and a personal safe included.

Loved the health and wellness services, but make sure to bring your own Latin music for the insipid playlist. The staff was amazing, especially Eduardo. Kudos!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the city. We loved the hotel facilities, especially the inner pool and rooftop Jacuzzi. The hotel was also in a great location, close to all the important places we wanted to visit. Additionally, the breakfast each morning was delicious and a great start to our day.
